6.1 Fulfillment Disclosure
Elite Living 360 does not hold inventory. All products available on our Website ship directly from the manufacturer's warehouse. As a result, if your order includes items from more than one manufacturer, it may arrive in separate shipments. Delivery times may vary by manufacturer and shipping method.

6.2 Authorized Dealer Status
Elite Living 360 is an authorized dealer for Chicago Brick Oven, Haven & Harmony, LuxCraft, Bodyfriend, and FlexPatio. All products sold are genuine and eligible for full manufacturer warranty coverage.

While we are not the manufacturer of the products we sell, we support our customers throughout the order process. If a shipment is delayed, damaged, or lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the manufacturer and carrier to resolve it in accordance with our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy.

6.3 Product Representation Disclaimer
Product images, descriptions, and specifications provided on our Website are based on information supplied by the respective manufacturers. Actual colors, materials, or packaging may vary slightly due to manufacturing changes or variations in display settings.
