These Billing Terms explain how payments are handled for orders placed at eliteliving360.com, operated by Elite Living 360, a CK Ecommerce LLC company ("we," "us," or "our"). By placing an order, you agree to these Billing Terms. They supplement our Terms of Service.

2. Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and may change without notice. Applicable sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout before you place your order.

3. Payment Methods
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, and Shop Pay. Payment is due in full at checkout.

4. Sales Tax
Sales tax is charged where required by law. If you are tax-exempt, you must provide a valid tax exemption certificate at the time of purchase.

5. Billing Questions and Errors
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us at support@eliteliving360.com with your order number. We will investigate and resolve billing issues promptly. If you were overcharged, we will refund the difference to your original payment method.

6. Refunds
Refunds are handled under our Return and Refund Policy. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.

7. Payment Security
We use Shopify Payments to process payments and do not store your credit card information on our servers. Transactions are secured using SSL encryption.
